My father Mr Gopal Banerjee was admitted to Midland with a severe breathing issues. The caring part is so fast & they helped to serve by providing immediately critical care services to make the patient stable. Also there is a nursing Super Suvra who is so helpful towards every step so that patients doesn't face any delay in services...I would prefer others also to utilise this hospital.

I was admitted to this hospital in the month of May. The management was very cordial to me and my family. When asked for any cooperation, they have always responded in a positive way. The staff members were extremely helpful, kind, caring and respectful towards all the patients including me. They always made me feel very positive during my recovery. I had a very comfortable stay at a private cabin at the hospital. The doctors were also very polite and competent. I express my heart-felt gratitude towards the hospital management, especially Mr. Kalyan Ghosh Sir, and all the staff members of the hospital.

Terrible Experience at Midland Hospital I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the treatment my family member received at Midland Hospital. The hospital's mistakes started with a wrong prescription. My patient, a female ( under Dr. Sattwik Giri) , was diagnosed with a UTI, but the doctor prescribed Urimax D, a medication typically used for prostate issues in men. This mistake caused unnecessary concern and delayed proper treatment. Also Doctor prescribed Ganaton 25 mg but the nurse gave 50 mg . But that wasn't all. The hospital's overall atmosphere was subpar. The receptionists were rude, the hospital was dirty, and the CCU was extremely noisy, making it impossible for my patient to rest properly. The nurses seemed more interested in talking to each other than attending to patients. Furthermore, the hospital failed to follow the doctor's instructions, delaying our patient's transfer to a general ward and forgetting to conduct a simple test. The lack of care and attention was appalling. Due to these issues, we decided to transfer our patient to another hospital for better care. I strongly advise others to seek medical attention elsewhere. The staff at Midland Hospital clearly needs training on patient care and respect.
