Great help from Dr. Narayan Hulse sir. He is the best orthopedic surgeon. We are highly satisfied. Maria sister from ICU is extremely good. She treated me like her child. Sister meena in ward also very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping Lakshmi akka has given prompt response. Overall all the services are great. Highly recommended to everyone.

My wife undergone Hysterectomy by the team of Doctors headed by Dr. Mangala Ramachandra, DGO. We received excellent help and support from this team. Dr. Mangala is soft spoken and excellent. Nursing team is very supportive and accomodative. Dietitian and Physiotherapist provided very good support. House keep staff done very good work and nice team. Food is very taste and provided to patient on time. Overall we had very good experience during our stay. Kudos to the team.

i would like to express my concern regarding the reception desk at Fortis CGH for appointment booking. The receptionist is often busy arranging papers or appearing occupied with secondary tasks, while the primary responsibility booking and managing appointments is delayed. This has been a recurring issue. Today, I was informed that the internet connectivity to the server was down for over an hour. For such a reputed hospital, these technical issues should be addressed with priority rather than waiting for them to resolve automatically. Patients travel from far distances and arrive on time for already booked appointments. Wasting their time due to inefficiency or lack of preparedness is unacceptable. Please ensure that: The reception staff prioritizes appointment booking over non-urgent paperwork when patients are waiting. Atlast I have pay amount and book direct booking website was working.. but not the CGHS yet.after so long.. Technical issues are resolved promptly with proper backup systems in place. Staff is trained to focus on their primary responsibilities, especially during peak hours. I request the management to take this feedback seriously and improve the overall efficiency at the reception desk.

My father recently underwent a bypass surgery at Fortis Hospital under Dr. Vivek Jawali and Dr. Sudarshan, and we had a very good experience throughout. The entire process from admission to discharge was smooth and well-coordinated. The ICU and ward staff were extremely caring and attentive, and the nurses ensured that my father was comfortable at all times. A special thanks to Dr. Anirudh, who was very helpful with insurance-related queries and follow-ups. His guidance made things much easier for us during a stressful time. We also want to appreciate the security, room service, and housekeeping teams for keeping the environment safe, clean, and comfortable. Their polite and prompt support really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, we are very satisfied with the treatment and care provided at Fortis. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of my father. 🙏
