From the very first consultation to the post-operative care, he instilled complete confidence in us. The surgery and recovery process were handled with remarkable professionalism and clarity. We would also like to specially acknowledge Savitha ma’am, his secretary, who truly hand-held us throughout the entire journey. Her constant support, prompt coordination, and genuine empathy made a significant difference during what could have been an overwhelming time. She was always approachable, patient, and incredibly kind. The compassion, efficiency, and dedication shown by the entire team made this experience smooth and comforting for our family. We sincerely appreciate the care and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthopedic treatment. Thank you once again for giving my mother a new lease on mobility and comfort.

Excellent service from the entire team starting from the Admission till discharge every single step was impressively smooth operations, every team tried best accommodating our requirements and provided answers, helped us get the required team when needed. I had been to other big hospitals in Vellore, Chennai and even in Bangalore (dont want to name it) in the past which make patients and attendees roam around for every possible way and wait in queues for tests, results, insurance. I am pretty amazed by the service and team gathering feedback everyday by the supervisors from respective teams. Hope this co-ordination is maintained when this hospital grows up to next level outside Bangalore as well with same quality of services with maturity and understanding patient requirements. Finally Insurance was a way smooth process which is one of the tiresome process in every hospital and sometimes take 6 to 8 hrs, but again I did not even feel the pinch of it. Thank you entire team from Admissions, Doctors, Nurses, House keeping, dietician, Pharmacy, Billing and any other team that I missed to mention.

We are getting discharged today from Sagar Hospital, and I feel it is important to express our heartfelt gratitude for the care we received. First and foremost, whatever I write about Dr. Sheelu Srinivas Madam will always feel less compared to the experience we had. She is truly an exceptional doctor and an even more exceptional human being. From the very first interaction, she was incredibly humble, approachable, and reassuring. What stood out the most was her willingness to take the time to explain every detail patiently, ensuring that we understood the situation clearly and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. Dr. Sheelu Madam goes far beyond what one normally expects from a doctor. She walks alongside the patient throughout the journey, not just medically but emotionally as well. She personally ensured coordination with other teams and departments, and she even moved between locations to make things easier for us. This level of dedication, empathy, and commitment to patient care is something we have rarely seen. Her calm presence and detailed explanations made a very stressful situation much easier for our family. She is truly amazing, and we feel fortunate to have been under her care. We would also like to sincerely appreciate the nursing and support staff, who were equally wonderful. Ankita Singh, and other nurses were extremely approachable, kind, and attentive. Ms. Radhika, the Floor Supervisor, who was outstanding. She continuously checked in to ensure everything was comfortable for us. Whether it was asking if we needed cleaning, if anything else was required, or simply making sure we were doing fine, she and her team were always present and supportive. Her team members, including Amaduddin and Parendra, were very helpful and responsive. Every request was attended to promptly, and they ensured that the cleanliness and hygiene of the room and surrounding area were maintained very well. Overall, our experience with Sagar Hospital has been extremely positive. The combination of compassionate doctors, attentive nursing staff, and well-maintained facilities made a significant difference during a difficult time for our family. Sincere and polite nursing staff, Helpful billing staff, devoted doctors. Special mention about Radhika. After I shared my woes on housekeeping not reaching on time to give the bed pan to the patient, Radhika handled her team very well, even while off duty she ensured the housekeeping staff were available on time . The wards maintained cleanliness and hygiene. The meals for the patient were very hygienic and healthy. You have an excellent canteen for the attendants . Thank you Sagar Hospital 🙏🏻
