On April 2024 we went to hospital and took PT CT IT WAS 2nd STAGE BREAST CANCER stage and and we got 8 chemotherapy starting 4 was good after later 4 was chemo which made worse we informed doctor they didn't take care. we spent 4lakhs on chemotherapy.later they said we can do operation then it will be cleared and at the time of operations we took PT CT IT WAS AT 3rd STAGE on November 2024 which charged 1½Lakh after operation they said everything is fine and suggested for Radiation in Jan 2025 we did Radiation which charged 80K after Radiation we came to know we have lymph growing we came to check and took PT CT scan and it was M1 STAGE 4. With no other option lossing life. We later sifted to Ramaiah hospital they took over and it was too late. And on November 2025 I lost my mother. After spending 12Lakhs with hope and still lost her This is my painful note. They only check on money . they give treatment but don't check what's happening with patient My questions is after taking treatment with 2nd stage brest cancer how come it can increase to STAGE 4 is your treatment didn't work well.? Or you guys already know it won't work.? If yes why it's not informed. Each and every doctor said it's stage 2 and it will be cleared nothing to worry. Then why how come lost my mother. ? I still regret for coming to this hospital Pls People while taking treatment please check what's going with patient which every hospital you go.

We are deeply grateful to Dr. Srivatsa (Oncology Surgeon), Dr. Ravi Diwakar (Medical Oncologist), and Dr. Prakash Ramachandra (Radiologist) at Shankara Cancer Hospital for the exceptional care and treatment provided to both my parents. Dr. Srivatsa’s surgical expertise, precision, and confidence gave us immense reassurance. The surgeries were handled with great care and professionalism. Dr. Ravi Diwakar guided the medical treatment with clarity and compassion, explaining every step patiently and ensuring the best possible treatment plan. Dr. Prakash Ramachandra’s accurate diagnosis and radiological support played a crucial role in timely and effective treatment. All three doctors are not only highly knowledgeable in their respective fields but also kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer our questions and supported us throughout a very challenging phase of our lives. We will always remain thankful for their dedication, teamwork, and commitment. Because of them, my parents received the best possible care. We highly recommend Shankara Cancer Hospital and this outstanding team to anyone seeking cancer treatment.

Honest feedback for public awareness. This hospital may be suitable only for basic or early-stage cancer treatment. For serious or critical cases, they appear to lack both advanced facilities and experienced specialists. At first, my mother received acceptable care, and I chose this hospital for its lower cost. But later, I experienced poor coordination between departments, unprofessional staff behavior, and weak follow-up. When we raised concerns, the usual reply was, “He is a senior member, we can’t do anything.” During my mother’s ICU stay, Dr. Divya-ICU Dr and Dr. Tapasvi-Dr. Vijaysimha team member said that the patient would not survive and advised stopping treatment without clear proof or reports. After moving her to another hospital, her condition improved — which made me seriously question the quality of care and competence of these doctors. Dr. Sharath (Pulmonologist) also seemed to provide only basic treatment, mainly simple antibiotics. When we asked for explanations, he was unresponsive and rarely visited the ward. If questioned about not checking the patient, he would reply, “I know whom I have to see or not.” He finally stated that nothing more could be done. I strongly suspect poor professional standards and inadequate qualification levels among some doctors here. Not recommended for critical or emergency patients. Only suitable for basic, low-cost treatment, if you are aware of its limitations.

Excellent ambience. Dedication and commitment are the main things for the doctors and surgeons. Plenty of place for parking. Prompt assistance from all the staff members. Just when you start thinking what to do next, somebody there immediately enquires our requirement and tells us what to do and helps also. The team of doctors understand our problems and explain things clearly. The whole process of different departments are arranged very well. In every department an idol of Sharada maatha is installed with lamps and flowers. This is the real strength of the hospital. Waiting hall is provided near the operation theatre to facilitate the attenders of the patients. The whole hospital is kept very clean, neat and maintained hygienically. No hassles. Wheel chairs are provided at every place in the hospital. A wonderful canteen is available in the -1 floor. Rates are reasonable. Overall this is the best hospital. I request the authorities to increase the number of lifts. I had a very hard time moving about.
