Everything went smoothly, and we are extremely grateful for the care and support we received. A special thanks to Dr. Shanthala S., our gynecologist, who guided us throughout the journey with great professionalism, patience, and kindness. She explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable, and handled the entire process with utmost care. Her calm and reassuring approach really helped us during such an important time. The nursing staff and hospital team were also very supportive, attentive, and responsive. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made our stay comfortable. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mangesh Kamath sir and Dr. Hemalatha mam for the exceptional care and treatment they provided to my mother during her cervical cancer treatment. By God’s grace and their expertise, she has successfully completed all her chemotherapy cycles and has recovered well. She is doing fine now. Both doctors treated her with immense care and compassion. The way they followed up with the patient from day one until the last chemotherapy session was absolutely superb and truly commendable. I would also like to sincerely thanks to Sister Rachan and Sister Racheal from the Oncology Department for taking such wonderful care of my mother. They were extremely supportive, attentive, and caring, always ensuring her comfort every single minute. My wholehearted thanks to the entire oncology team for their dedication and support. Lastly, I would like to specially thank Sajida mam, the coordinator, who coordinated with us every week and made the entire process smooth, easy, and feasible for our family. I recently had a disappointing experience with Mr. Darshan from the billing team at Sagar Hospitals (BSK) During a very sensitive situation, the interaction was unprofessional and lacked empathy. When I requested necessary documents, I was told they could not be provided. I also asked for a quotation in a specific format, and the response was dismissive and rude. As patients and families going through difficult times, we expect clear communication and basic courtesy. I want to clarify that this feedback is only about this particular billing interaction, not the hospital overall. I previously had a very pleasant and cooperative experience at the Jayanagar branch, which makes this experience even more disappointing. But Honestly Nothing personal or making allegations making should handled patient side very Respectful & Polite it could have been better. I request the management to seriously look into this matter and ensure better patient handling and professional communication in the future. At last That said, I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Arun L. Naik sir Neurosurgeon, and his entire team. The medical care, guidance, and support provided were excellent. The OP and IP coordinated teams were very supportive, organized, and professional throughout the process.
