I recently had a disappointing experience with Mr. Darshan from the billing team at Sagar Hospitals (BSK) During a very sensitive situation, the interaction was unprofessional and lacked empathy. When I requested necessary documents, I was told they could not be provided. I also asked for a quotation in a specific format, and the response was dismissive and rude. As patients and families going through difficult times, we expect clear communication and basic courtesy. I want to clarify that this feedback is only about this particular billing interaction, not the hospital overall. I previously had a very pleasant and cooperative experience at the Jayanagar branch, which makes this experience even more disappointing. But Honestly Nothing personal or making allegations making should handled patient side very Respectful & Polite it could have been better. I request the management to seriously look into this matter and ensure better patient handling and professional communication in the future. At last That said, I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Arun L. Naik sir Neurosurgeon, and his entire team. The medical care, guidance, and support provided were excellent. The OP and IP coordinated teams were very supportive, organized, and professional throughout the process.
