I extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Chitra aunty for her incredible support during my wife's pregnancy and delivery. She handled everything with remarkable skill, patience, and a warm smile that kept my wife at ease—even replying promptly to many queries. Thanks to her, my wife had a smooth C section birth, and our healthy baby is a dream come true. She truly is a gem and goddess in her field!" "Heartfelt thanks to the nurses and supporting staff for your dedication, smiles, and tireless efforts. You made our delivery dreamlike and unforgettable."

I am extremely satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Mukul Pandey. He is an exceptionally skilled professional who takes the time to listen to his patients and explain the diagnosis clearly. His approach is very reassuring, and the results of the treatment have been excellent. The staff was also very supportive. I highly recommend Dr. Mukul Pandey sir to anyone looking for expert medical care

I had an unexpected but truly amazing experience during my stay at Harsh Hospital. Despite the challenges and the harsh circumstances, the compassion, professionalism, and dedication of the entire medical team made all the difference. A huge thank you to the doctors, nurses, and support staff who went above and beyond to ensure comfort and care every step of the way. Your kindness, patience, and expertise turned a difficult time into a reassuring and healing experience. I’m deeply grateful for your hard work and humanity — you truly are everyday heroes

Your pain could be screaming at full volume, and they would still ask you to wait. You sit there hurting, holding back tears, while they handle things at their own pace because your urgency somehow never makes the list. The arrogance some old staff members carry is unbelievable, they seem ready to mistreat you and have a physical fight even when you are extremely polite. The doctor is nothing less than a demon Ravana, and his staff are no better than Kumbhkarna and Meghnad. You are still asked to wait even when you simply want basic confirmation or the smallest piece of information. They charge an OPD fee of ₹1200 for a doctor of very poor standard someone who studied in Mumbai yet does not know how to treat patients properly. The OPD fee is four times higher in Prayagraj than in Tier-1 cities of India, where doctors are far more qualified, trained and practiced in top institutions abroad. I personally witnessed the doctor intimidating patients and putting them in fear. The word “Multispeciality” is nothing more than a label on the hospital’s signboard. The hospital is neither well-equipped nor properly specialized, and they are incapable of treating even mild or minor issues.
