Very Disappointed with Dombivali SRV. MAMTA HOSPITAL Administrator was extremely disappointing. The staff behaved in a very irresponsible manner, and there seemed to be no value for patients’ time at all. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait unnecessarily, and no one bothered to give clear updates. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. Instead of helping or guiding patients politely, many of them acted as if they were doing a favour. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking for a hospital of this level. Overall, the management seriously needs to improve their staff behavior, accountability, and respect for patients’ time. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hospital based on what I faced.

Dr. Lokesh provided excellent care. He explained my diagnosis clearly, discussed the treatment options, and made me feel confident before the surgery. During my hospital stay, he monitored my condition well and guided me properly for recovery. Nurse Nilima was extremely supportive. She was attentive during dressing, medications, and post-surgery monitoring. Her calm behavior and timely help made my stay more comfortable. Other nursing staff members (names I do not remember) were also polite, caring, and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. Kanchan helped me from Day 1—from admission, documentation, insurance coordination, and billing till discharge. She made the entire process smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. My overall experience with SRV Hospital was very positive. The medical team, nurses, support staff, and billing department all worked together to provide smooth treatment and care. I felt safe, well-guided, and satisfied with the surgery and recovery process.
