My aunt’s Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was operated on 12th Jan, 2026 by Dr Nagesh Mandapaka and their nursing staff extremely helpful with recovery, Its a great hospital and they operate with Foreign standards everything evenly followed with rules and regulations including sanitation, nursing staff, security, providing nutritious food curated by doctors for patients I strongly recommend this hospital for better treatment and facility 👍👍

I had my delivery on 29th of January under Dr. Ananya Roy at IRIS Hospital. Doctors are highly efficient. The nursing staff always caring to me till discharge, the dietician giving their best. I am fully satisfied with my experience. The hospital is well equipped. The environment was also excellent. The quality of food was good, hygienic & also tasty. I would like to thank Dr. Sujoy Deb Barman (CEO) Sir. I highly recommend the hospital to anyone in need of quality medical services.

The treatment was not upto the mark. My amylose-lipase test result was normal yet I was treated with acute pancreatitis (as written in the discharge summary). Even CT Scan showed everything was normal. As I had Mediclaim, they billed around ₹2,33,000. I was admitted under Dr. Pratik Dasgupta. Though the overall hospital experience was good but generally we visit hospitals for treatment which was not duly served.

The first floor enquiry staffs don't possess an ethic sense how to behave properly as i hail from a middle class background I asked them about an orthopedic doctor a middle aged Lady replied rudely no such doc available right now. In Healthcare business there is no such law to treat people inequally maybe from which class he/she belongs I was wrong to approach them this hospital is dying for it's bad reputation.

I have done Laproscopic cholecystectomy on 27 th October 2025 under Dr Nagesh Mandapaka. Doctors and staffs were extremely cooperative and good. Food is also good according to the diet. Anasthesist Dr Ratul Chowdhury is outstanding. The only thing is nurses are not good , not at all trained. There were no nurses at night to take care. They dnt have vast knowledge in anything not even doing channel. Just a trainee
