I visited Deesun Hospital for a consultation with the Gastroenterology department, and my overall experience was satisfactory. The doctor was patient, listened carefully to my symptoms, and explained the possible causes and treatment plan in a clear and understandable manner. I appreciated the way my concerns were addressed without rushing the consultation. The hospital environment was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were generally courteous and supportive during registration and other formalities. The process was smooth, and waiting time was reasonable. Overall, Deesun Hospital is a reliable place for gastroenterology consultation, and I would consider visiting again or recommending it to others seeking digestive health care.

Overall experience is good. Doctors and staff are polite, supportive, and professional. Treatment quality and patient care are satisfactory. However, there are a few concerns that need improvement: There are 5 billing counters, but usually only 1–2 are operational, while the rest remain closed, causing unnecessary delays. After taking an appointment, there is no proper update or communication. My appointment was scheduled at 10:30 AM on 18/02/2026, and I reached on time. After waiting more than 2 hours, we asked at the reception about the delay. Only then we were informed that the doctor was in an emergency surgery and it would take another 3 hours. This information should be clearly communicated to patients in advance. As it was our first visit, we changed the doctor, and thankfully the consultation was completed within 10 minutes. Another important concern is regarding the Neurosurgery Ayushman Desk. Ayushman Card surgery is supposed to be free, but ₹50,000–₹60,000 is being taken in cash from poor patients. This amount is taken only in cash, not via online transfer or card, and no receipt or invoice is provided, which is quite concerning. Apart from these issues, hospitality, treatment quality, and staff behavior are excellent and deserve appreciation.

Overall Good Experience, Went their for Corporate Health Checkup, process is more or less smooth and organized , however due to immensely crowded patient rush, it can be sometime time consuming and takes more time than it supposed to be specially doctor consultation. Doctors are experienced and patient friendly, stuffs are well behaved and cooperative. I have been throughout been guided and cooperated by Mithu and Sujata and both of them were immensely helpful. Overall a very positive feedback and experience for me and my spouse. Only improvement suggestion, they should have both Non Veg and Veg meal options for patients doing PP blood Testing after Fasting, I found they only have non veg meal , which my wife refused to have due to her personal reasons, except this everything was fine and as expected.

The Desun hospital, Oncology Department's day care center has given me the most excellent services in all respect. I am giving a very special thanks to Mr. Prateek Ghosh & Sheikh Amanul Hoque who have taken a great care for me. I am grateful to Sister Sathi, Sister Shubhra, Sister Priya and Sister Anuradha too.
