The doctor did not arrive on time, and no exact time was communicated. The entire process in the ultrasound department was extremely slow. The staff were busy chatting, drinking, and eating, and the service is highly overrated.

I would like to sincerely thank Sindhi Hospital, Dr. Annie for their exceptional support during my senior family member’s Cataract–eye surgery.🙏🏼 From the very beginning, the entire process was extremely smooth. Anjali ma’am guided us end-to-end with immense patience. In a tense situation especially for senior citizens—her calm communication, clear guidance, and constant reassurance made a world of difference. She ensured they never felt awkward, confused, or challenged at any point.💯 We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Sindhi Hospital team and especially Dr. Annie (Ophthalmologist) for their attentive care, clarity, and gentle approach throughout the procedure. Their professionalism combined with genuine compassion gave our family complete comfort and trust. Even bigger hospitals denied her admission due to her criticality where sindhi agreed and gave back my sister. Staff, facility and service cost for every consultation is decent and can be afforded I truly wish and pray the hospital grows and serves more such needy....

I recently underwent gallbladder surgery with Dr. Prakash Babu sir and Roza ma’am, and I am truly grateful for their exceptional care. The surgery was successful, and the entire experience was made smooth and comforting because of their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. I visited the hospital for a CT scan while experiencing severe pain due to kidney stones. Anjali at the reception was extremely helpful. She ensured my billing was completed quickly and also assisted me in getting my report at the earliest, knowing that I had to travel a long distance. The billing staff were equally supportive and efficient. Overall, the hospital staff were very kind, caring, and attentive, which made a difficult time much easier for me.
