I recently visited Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital with my family. We had a wonderful treatment experience—special thanks to Dr. Spandan and her team. However, my family was extremely dissatisfied with the canteen service. The staff were irresponsible and unprofessional. The person at the counter was particularly disrespectful and seemed to lack even basic customer service skills. Even after making the payment, I had to wait at the delivery counter for nearly 20 minutes—with no staff present at the counter during that time. The management should seriously look into this issue. While the hospital facilities are improving day by day, the canteen still operates at the level of a local street-side eatery.
