I recently visited the hospital to collect a duplicate copy of my previous visit prescription, as I had unfortunately misplaced the original. I would like to clarify that I only came to collect the copy and no medical consultation or check-up was conducted during this visit. However, I was asked to pay Rs. 50/- for issuing the duplicate prescription. I have been consulting at this hospital since my childhood and have always trusted your services. While I understand that administrative processes may involve certain charges, levying a fee for simply providing a copy of an already existing prescription feels unreasonable and excessive. As a long-term patient, this experience was disappointing. Overcharging patients, even for minor services, can create dissatisfaction and affect the trust that patients place in the hospital. Medical institutions are expected to prioritize patient care and fairness over small administrative gains. I kindly request you to clarify the policy regarding such charges and ensure that proper bills are issued for any payments collected. I also request you to review this matter and take necessary action to prevent such situations in the future. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Excellent institute service given here is awesome, utmost care of patients and belongings are taken here. Staff handles the rush of patients nicely, everyone behaves nicely. Drinks and beverages are available here till 6 pm. The thing is as everyone knows private hospital means costly.

Great eye care facility with integrated institute. Experienced doctors who take great care in looking into the problem in detail as well as explaining things. You’ll have to spend sometime to get registered and wait for your turn, but it’s totally worth it. After all, patience is a virtue.
