I recently visited Sreenethra Eye Care Hospital ( Bakery Junction) with my son for a consultation with Dr. Swapna Nair, and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Swapna Nair is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring, taking time to explain everything clearly. The staff and assistants were excellent, very helpful, and always greeted us with beautiful smiles, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking quality eye care with a warm, professional touch.

Did my mother's cataract surgery. Surgery went very well. A special thanks to our doctor Dr.Swapna ma'am. She listened to us very patiently and calmly addressed all our concerns. During the surgery, she also helped reduce my mother’s tension by speaking reassuringly, which meant a lot to us. We would also like to thank some of the nursing and support staff who were helpful and kind throughout the process. However, we faced a small inconvenience with the administration department staff. There were some issues in communication and coordination which could be improved for a smoother experience for patients and their families. Overall, we are grateful for the medical care provided and hope the administrative service can be improved further.
