Chaithanya Hospital provides good treatment with well experienced doctors and excellent customer service. However, one major issue is with the security staff they often don’t allow us to park even when parking space is available. The worst part is the condition of the toilets; they are not clean and smell very bad. HR and Management team, please look into the cleaning and hygiene of the toilets. Kindly maintain your standards and ensure better facilities, as patients truly deserve a clean and comfortable environment.

Today I visited Chaithanya for an eye check-up. The receptionist, security, and attenders were polite and helpful. However, the OP process was poorly managed. There was no token system, and no one guided patients on where to go or what to do first. We waited nearly 30 minutes outside the doctor's room before being informed that vision testing had to be done first. The vision test area was very disorganized. Many lady staffs wearing sarees and churidars were constantly walking in and out, causing disturbances and a lack of privacy for patients. The saree staff and churidar staff are not coordinated well, if one saree lady is giving a file to a room ,the other churidar will be coming and removing it, creating confusion. Hope the staffs are manged well and patients are called accordingly. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, PLEASE LET THE PATIENTS KNOW WHERE THEY SHOULD GO AND WAIT NEXT, PLEASE COMMUNICATE WELL!! PATIENTS ARE JUST WONDERING HERE AND THERE AS THEY ARE NOT INFORMED THE NEXT STEP. I hope the management improves and restores the organized standards Chaithanya was once known for.
