Chaithanya Hospital provides good treatment with well experienced doctors and excellent customer service. However, one major issue is with the security staff they often don’t allow us to park even when parking space is available. The worst part is the condition of the toilets; they are not clean and smell very bad. HR and Management team, please look into the cleaning and hygiene of the toilets. Kindly maintain your standards and ensure better facilities, as patients truly deserve a clean and comfortable environment.
Excellent Service from Doctor consulting to Discharge Procedure. Easy and Comfortable care from the Staff and whole Hospital Staffs. One thing want to say that room Rent for 1 day Rs.3,500 is charging. It is too costly with not much facilities. In the Given facilities Rs.2000 is enough for the room rent.For Services and hospitality I'm given 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. For room and room Rent only 2 ⭐⭐ is enough.
