Precise Eye Care Hospital

had a good experience at Precise Eye Speciality Clinic. The clinic is conveniently located on the way to the PMG Junction signal and is easy to reach. The consultation fee is very reasonable at ₹250, which is good value for the quality of medical care provided. The doctor was professional, patient, and explained the eye condition clearly. The clinic environment was clean and well-maintained, and the staff inside were courteous and helpful. However, one area that needs improvement is parking management. Although there is plenty of parking space available, the security staff were not polite and did not properly guide patients to park their vehicles, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, it is a reliable and affordable eye care clinic, and with better parking guidance and security behavior, the experience would be even better.

The newly functioning location of Precise specialty eye hospital on the PMG plammoodu highway road has state of the art equipments and exceptionally skilled doctors and a good support team which was visible when I came for a consultation. Though the place was crowded as it was a weekday the whole process was over within an hour. Excellent waiting area, clean, polite staff, plenty of parking and good washroom.

My mother recently underwent surgery at Precise Hospital to resolve an unexpected retinal detachment, while she was still recovering from a shoulder surgery. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Ashok Nataraj for his exceptional knowledge, skill, and above all, his humble and caring nature. He explained everything with clarity, treated us with kindness, and gave us confidence during a very difficult time. The hospital staff also deserve appreciation for their professional, pleasant, and always helpful attitude. From admission to recovery, they made the process smooth and reassuring. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ashok and Precise Hospital to anyone in need of trusted medical support.

As a brand new patient, who wanted to meet the Cornea Specialist Dr. Arya; I wasn’t able to go beyond the registration counter and the lady who does the assignment. Even though, my request was to consult Cornea Specialist; they insisted on the drill of doing all the eye checks prior to meeting the doctor. Though the reports in my hand indicate that I have done the same set of reports 2 days back; the hospital rules didn’t give me an option of consultation only. So if you are in a rush like me ( as in a flight to catch tonight) ; be prepared the hospital doesn’t permit an OP with the specialist until they go through the normal procedure of prechecks. So, it isn’t a destination for second opinion. If it isn’t evident I made a return in 15 mins of my horrible experience. Not to mention, the front area is a chaos and congested; leaving one to battle with houseflies and no fans/aircons. In all due fairness, my feedback is for the front desk staff only as I didn’t manage to meet the doctors. I went based on the other reviews on Google. So wanted to add this review for first timers; brace your visit with patience and an insect repellant ( yes shocking for a hospital hygiene)

I had my wife's cataract operation done at Precise , Trivandrum last month and would like to express my sincere thanks to the doctors and entire staff for their most courteous service . All throughout our time over there, we were well attended to. I would recommend Precise to anyone who needs hasslefree eye care of the highest level at reasonable rates.Keep it up! Prasob P
