I was admitted to the ICU 3 department for one week, and the level of service and care I received was truly exceptional. Every staff member was extremely helpful, attentive, and highly skilled in their respective roles. The nurses, maushis, RMOs, doctors, and the in-charge were all remarkably cooperative and supportive throughout my stay. The hospital was very clean and well maintained, without the typical smell often associated with other hospitals. A special thanks to Dr. Sandeep Kadian for his excellent treatment and compassionate care. The food provided was also good, with consistent quality. Overall, every department displayed outstanding cooperation and professionalism. I highly recommend AIMS to everyone seeking quality healthcare. The hospital provides excellent services overall. The staff is extremely supportive, caring, and consistently attentive to patients needs. The doctor is highly qualified and experienced, and the team of junior doctors under them is also knowledgeable and professional. The food provided to patients is good, and the laundry services and overall cleanliness of the hospital are well maintained. The washrooms are kept clean at all times which adds to the comfort of the stay. Our family has visited AIIMS around 6–7 times for different medical concerns, and each time we have received reliable and effective treatment. Based on our repeated positive experiences, I can confidently say that this hospital is a trustworthy choice. Had a very good experience at AIMS Hospital, Dombivli. The staff was extremely supportive and professional throughout the process. Kamlakar Sir guided us very well during the lung test and made everything easy to understand. Poonam Madam explained the stress test and ECG procedure clearly and patiently. Sonal Madam coordinated and guided us smoothly through all the overall tests. The only thing i would recommend is to increase wheel chairs availability to assist elderly and disabled person. Really appreciate the caring attitude and excellent service provided by the entire team. Highly recommended.
