would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Optilife Hospital for the excellent care provided to my mother during her 9-days hospitalization. Throughout her stay, the doctors, nurses, and entire staff ensured she received proper treatment, constant monitoring, and compassionate care. Their dedication gave our family great confidence and peace of mind. We were also very impressed by the hospital’s cleanliness and hygiene standards. The wards, rooms, and common areas were always neat, well-maintained, and sanitized, which made her stay comfortable and reassuring for our family. I would especially like to thank Gorakh Patil and Dr. Shivaji Sir for their professional guidance, kind support, and unwavering commitment to my mother’s recovery. A special appreciation also goes to the nurses and mavshi who took great care of every patient with personal attention, warmth, and responsibility. For the past three years, we have consistently had very positive experiences with this hospital. The entire team at Optilife Hospital is supportive, responsive, and truly patient-focused. Thank you once again for your outstanding service and dedication. We are sincerely grateful.

am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hospital. I was admitted here expecting professional care, compassion, and proper medical attention. Unfortunately, what I experienced was the complete opposite. The behavior of the staff and doctors toward patients is very poor and unprofessional. Patients come to a hospital in vulnerable situations, expecting respect and support. In my understanding, doctors are next to God because they dedicate their lives to saving and improving others’ lives. They should prioritize patient emergencies and well-being over everything else. Today, Mr. Gorakh called me into his cabin and embarrassed me by scolding me, instead of calmly providing proper consultation and guidance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients are already under stress. I strongly suggest that management take immediate action to improve staff behavior and patient care standards. Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully consider choosing a hospital where patients are treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Very disappointed.

My son was admitted to the hospital for a couple of days, and our overall experience was very good. He received excellent nursing care throughout his stay, and the nurses were attentive and supportive. The doctors visited him twice a day and provided regular updates on his condition. The hospital environment was clean and hygienic, with cleaning carried out twice daily. We are satisfied with the care and services provided by the hospital. Only one suggestion infrastructure could have been better.

I had a very good experience at Optilife Hospital , Dombivali East. The doctors were highly professional and explained the treatment and procedure clearly. The nursing staff was supportive and attentive throughout my stay. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and well-organized. Overall, I am satisfied with the treatment and would definitely recommend this hospital and doctors to others. Dr. Sanmit Chidgupkar (Orthopedic Surgeon) very knowledgeable and highly experienced. He explained my condition in detail and answered all my questions calmly. The treatment was effective, and I felt confident throughout the process. I am grateful for the care and would strongly recommend this doctor. Special Thankss to him...

Overall, we had a good experience at the hospital. Dr. Gorkh Patil Sir and Dr. Shivaji Patil Sir were very Experience, cooperative and supportive. The staff was caring and attentive towards the patient. One suggestion: the general ward needs improvement. It feels suffocating and needs better ventilation. There are no table or seating arrangements for attendants stay with the patients Also, visitors should be asked to keep their shoes outside the general ward, as this would help maintain better hygiene and be safer for patients. Thank you.
